The Black Moms Fair is a one day, community centered event designed to celebrate, support, and empower Black mothers, caregivers, and families. The event blends wellness experiences, inspiring conversations, self care sessions, and interactive activities, all curated to give moms education, community, and connection.

General DMV Vendor Special
By submitting this application, vendors agree to abide by all event rules and regulations. Vendors will only be charged once their application has been approved. Only one business allowed per table. (no table sharing) Table assignments are at the discretion of the event organizers and are non-refundable. All vendors are responsible for their own setup, display materials, and cleanup.. Food vendors must comply with all local health and safety regulations, and will be approved should the venue allow. The event is rain or shine, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no shows. The Black Moms Fair reserves the right to remove any vendor not adhering to event standards.
