Black Moms Fair is a vibrant, community-centered event designed to celebrate, support, and empower Black mothers, caregivers, and families. Through curated panels, educational workshops, vendors, and wellness experiences, the fair highlights topics such as Black maternal health, parenting, education, entrepreneurship, mental wellness, and family lifestyle. The event creates a safe, affirming space for connection, resource sharing, and joyful celebration of the Black family unit—uplifting voices and stories that are often underrepresented.

Terms and Conditions
By submitting this application, vendors agree to abide by all event rules and regulations. Vendors will only be charged once their application has been approved. Only one business allowed per table. (no table sharing) Booth assignments are at the discretion of the event organizers and are non-transferable. All vendors are responsible for their own setup, display materials, and cleanup. No early breakdowns are allowed. Food vendors must comply with all local health and safety regulations. The event is rain or shine, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. Organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor not adhering to event standards.
