Meet The Host
Stephanie Bauchum
Stephanie Bauchum, founder of The Mtoto Agency, and visionary of The Black Moms Fair and Baby Expo has over 13 years of professional nanny and private household management experience. Finding there was a need for education and community with black moms, black nannies, black doulas, and black birth workers, the Black Moms Fair was born.
Stephanie has worked for over 30 families offering professional nanny services and household management, she owns The Mtoto Agency, a nanny and household staffing agency. Stephanie founded the first apparel line and lifestyle brand ffor nannies, Nanny Tees, and hosts luxury self care events for caregivers. She is also a co-founder of Nubian Nannies, a professional networking group of black Nannies.
Stephanie, along with her sister, have been featured in Essence Magazine which highlighted her music business, Bauchum Sisters Music. She has been featured on multiple blogs, Facebook, Instagram, and Dallas Cowboys campaigns. She was selected as Forbes Top 1000 Honoree, and a Dallas Mavericks MBA Business Cohort. Stephanie was a guest on the TV shows The Broadcast, Good Morning Texas and featured in D Magazine. With a growing network, Stephanie strives to encourage others to live a life of genuine joy and gratitude, while serving others.
