Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at The Black Moms Fair & Baby Expo in Dallas, TX, happening in July 2025. We're seeking vendors who exemplify excellence, creativity, and professionalism, and who offer products or services that resonate with black moms, black nannies, black caregivers, black children, and those who support the black family unit.

Our team carefully reviews all applications, and selected vendors will be notified via email. Due to limited space, we may not be able to accommodate all applicants, but we ensure that every submission will receive thoughtful consideration.

 

Vendor Fees & Details:​

• Premium Business Vendor – $1,500 (Prime space, social media feature, 2 sponsored emails after the fair, gift bag inclusion)

• Executive Vendor – $500 (High-traffic table, social mentions, 1 sponsored email after the fair, gift bag inclusion)

• ** SOLD OUT** General Vendor – $300 (Standard booth, social mentions, gift bag inclusion)​ **SOLD OUT**
