Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at The Black Moms Fair: Mom Daycation in far N. Dallas, TX, happening November 2025. We're seeking vendors who exemplify excellence, creativity, and professionalism, and who offer products or services that resonate with black moms, black nannies, black caregivers, black children, and those who support the black family unit.

Our team carefully reviews all applications, and selected vendors will be notified via email. Due to limited space, we may not be able to accommodate all applicants, but we ensure that every submission will receive thoughtful consideration.

 

Vendor Fees & Details:​

• Premium Business Vendor – $1,500 (Prime space, social media feature, 2 sponsored emails after the fair, gift bag inclusion, lunch included for 2).

• Executive Vendor – $500 (High-traffic table, social mentions, 1 sponsored email after the fair, gift bag inclusion, lunch included for 2)

• General Vendor – $275 (Standard booth, social mentions, gift bag inclusion, lunch included for 2)​

A signed agreement and full payment are required to confirm your booth. Vendor fees are non-refundable
