Black Moms Fair 2026

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at The Black Moms Fair 2026. As we expand into a multi city experience, we are seeking vendors who exemplify excellence, creativity, and professionalism, and who offer products or services that genuinely serve and resonate with Black moms, Black children, and those who support the Black family at every stage.

The Black Moms Fair is more than an event, it’s a community centered experience rooted in education, connection, and culture. In 2026, we’re excited to bring this experience to multiple cities, partnering with aligned brands and businesses who want to connect meaningfully with families across different regions.

We look forward to collaborating with vendors who share our mission and values as we continue to grow the fair nationwide.

Our team carefully reviews all applications, and selected vendors will be notified via email. Due to limited space, we may not be able to accommodate all applicants, but we ensure that every submission will receive thoughtful consideration.

 

Vendor Fees & Details:​

• Premium Business Vendor – $1,500 (Prime space, social media feature, 2 sponsored emails after the fair, gift bag inclusion, lunch included for 2).

• Executive Vendor – $500 (High-traffic table, social mentions, 1 sponsored email after the fair, gift bag inclusion, lunch included for 2)

• General Vendor – $300 (Standard booth, social mentions, gift bag inclusion, lunch included for 2)​

Full payment is required to confirm your table. Vendor fees are non-refundable
