The Black Moms Fair is a community centered event celebrating Black mothers, caregivers, and families through wellness, connection, education, and community.
Executive Vendor Package – $425
Includes:
• One vendor table, two chairs
•Higher traffic placement
• Lunch for up to two people
• One sponsored email sent to The Black Moms Fair email list following the event
Vendor fees are non refundable but transferable should the event date change.

Fort Worth Executive Vendor
By submitting this application, vendors agree to abide by all event rules and regulations. Vendors will only be charged once their application has been approved. Only one business allowed per table. (no table sharing) Table assignments are at the discretion of the event organizers and are non-refundable. All vendors are responsible for their own setup, display materials, and cleanup.. Food vendors must comply with all local health and safety regulations, and will be approved should the venue allow. The event is rain or shine, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no shows. The Black Moms Fair reserves the right to remove any vendor not adhering to event standards.
